  • Strong English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of operations experience
  • Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, Manus, etc.), required
  • Experience working with remote teams, preferred
  • Comfort with modern tools: Notion, Asana, Slack
  • Clear communicators who anticipate, not react
